FUNCTIONS
This Virtual Device is a remote controller for Dreambox Satellite Receiver.

 

It was tested with Dreambox 7020HD, however it may work with other similar devices

(eg. VU+ Duo2,  other boxes based on Enigma2)

 

 

INSTALLATION

The only mandatory user's setting is to enter the IP address of Dreambox Satellite Receiver as the parameter of the VD

For good looking of the VD the Dreambox icon should be placed as the main icon as well as for each button of the VD.

 

This VD creates the global variable "msg2dreambox".

The content of this variable is displayed on the TV's screen whenever the last button of the VD ('MSG') is pressed.

This may be used to display user-defined messages.
