 Prerequisites

• FIBARO Home Center 2

• FIBARO The Button

• Smart lawn mower controlled by a Virtual Device

•Soil moisture sensor

• Solenoid valve (with FIBARO Switch)

Steps

Creating ’Garden’ scene

•Connect to FIBARO Home Center web interface

•Navigate to ’Scenes’

•Choose ’Add scene in LUA’

•Using General tab name the scene i.e. Garden.

•Paste code from attachment to edit box in the Advanced tab – Garden.lua

•Change watering settings:

»»in the 21st line: wateringHour = “06:00” to time you want the watering to start,

»»in the 22nd line: wateringTime = 15 to duration of watering (in minutes),

»»in the 23rd line: valveId = 30 with the ID of the device that controls the valve.

•Change mowing settings:

»»in the 26th line: mowingHour = “04:00” to time you want the lawn mower to start,

»»in the 27th line: virtualDeviceId = 88 with the ID of the Virtual Device that integrates the lawn mower,

»»in the 28th line: mowerStartButtonId = 1 with the Virtual Device button ID that starts the lawn mower.

 

•Change additional settings:

»»in the 31st line: checkWeather = true to enable (true) or disable (false) checking the weather to water only when it is not raining,

»»in the 32nd line: checkSoilMoisture = false to enable (true) or disable (false) checking the soil moisture to water only when soil is dry,

»»in the 33rd line: emergencyShutdownAvailable = true to enable (true) or disable (false) the emergency water cut-off.

•Change soil moisture settings:

»»in the 36th line: soilMoistureThreshold = 70 to soil moisture level above which garden will not be watered,

»»in the 37th line: soilMoistureSensorId = 35 with the ID of the soil moisture sensor.

•To start/stop watering manually, replace the value “1000” next to

CentralSceneEvent 1 Pressed1 trigger with the ID of The Button.

•The scene is ready to care for your lawn and it will work according to the schedule:

»»watering 7 days a week,

»»mowing 3 days a week, i.e. on Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays.

•Pressing button while the watering is active closes the solenoid valve if the “emergencyShutdownAvailable” is set to true.

Kroki konfiguracji

Tworzenie sceny „Ogród”

•Połącz się z interfejsem zarządzania FIBARO Home Center.

•Przejdź do zakładki „Sceny”.

•Wybierz opcję „Dodaj scenę opartą o język Lua”.

•Będąc w zakładce “Ogólne” ustaw nazwę sceny na np. „Ogród”.

•Wklej załączony kod w polu edycji w zakładce „Zaawansowane” – Garden.lua

•Dostosuj ustawienia nawadniania:

»»w 21. linii: wateringHour = “06:00” godzina rozpoczęcia podlewania,

»»w 22. linii: wateringTime = 15 czas podlewania (w minutach),

»»w 23. linii: zamień wartość zmiennej valveId = 30 na ID urządzenia, które steruje zaworem.

•Dostosuj ustawienia koszenia:

»»w 26. linii: mowingHour = “04:00” godzina rozpoczęcia koszenia,

»»w 27. linii: zamień wartość zmiennej virtualDeviceId = 88 na ID Urządzenia Wirtualnego, które integruje się z kosiarką,

»»w 28. linii: zamień wartość zmiennej mowerStartButtonId = 1 na ID przycisku z Urządzenia Wirtualnego, który rozpoczyna koszenie.

 

•Dostosuj pozostałe ustawienia:

»»w 31. linii: ustaw checkWeather = true, aby włączyć lub false, aby wyłączyć sprawdzanie pogody, i podlewać niezależnie od pogody,

»»w 32. linii: ustaw checkSoilMoisture = false, aby wyłączyć lub true, aby włączyć sprawdzanie wilgotności gleby, aby podlewać tylko wtedy kiedy ziemia jest sucha,

»»w 33. linii: emergencyShutdownAvailable = true, aby włączyć lub false, aby wyłączyć awaryjne zamykanie zaworu.

•Dostosuj ustawienia wilgotności gleby:

»»w 36. linii: soilMoistureThreshold = 70 poziom, powyżej którego gleba nie będzie nawadniana,

»»w 37. linii: soilMoistureSensorId = 35 podaj ID urządzenia, które mierzy wilgotność gleby.

•Aby rozpocząć/przerwać podlewanie ręcznie, zmień wartość “1000” stojącą przy CentralSceneEvent 1 Pressed1 na ID urządzenia The Button.

•Scena gotowa. Od teraz nawadnianie i koszenie będzie odbywać się zgodnie z harmonogramem:

»»podlewanie – 7 dni w tygodniu,

»»koszenie – 3 dni w tygodniu, tj. w poniedziałki, środy, oraz piątki.

•Naciśnięcie przycisku w trakcie podlewania zamknie elektrozawór jeśli zmienna „emergencyShutdownAvailable” jest ustawiona na true.
