Nilan Vantilation & Heat Pump Controller

Compatibility

This QuickApp integrates Nilan heat exchanger ventilators and heat pumps manufactured between 2016 and 2020 into the Fibaro system and is compatible with Compat P, Compact P GEO and Compact P AIR models.

Features

• System - Info and Admin (2): everything that belongs comprehensively to all units. The main User Interface is already visible after installing the QuickApp, while System - Admin becomes available after entering the license key and shows the values ​​of many system variables.
• AC (3): air conditioning, heat exchanger and vetillation settings scaled to three different user levels.
• Filter (3): the air filter settings scaled to three different user levels
• DHW (2 and a half): domestic hot water production settings and monitoring scaled to three different user levels, although Guest level is combined with the GEO/AIR.
• GEO/AIR (2 and a half): geothermal and air-to-air heat pump unit settings and monitoring scaled to three different user levels, although Guest level is combined with the DHW.
• Sophisticated user interface divided into 13 QuickApps
• three different user access levels: Admin, General and Guest
• easy to access values from outside the QuickApp, you can read and write values from a scene

Requirements

1. A Nilan Heat pump with
   • CTS 700 board
   • a modbus RTU to TCP gateway (maybe already built-in)
   • firmware version being at least 2.3.11.26
2. A Fibaro Home Center version 3 or greater.

Quick Start

1. Download the QuickApp file with fqax extension.
2. Install it as usual
3. Set up host and port variables for your Nilan machine or gateway.
4. If the QuickApp shows the MAC address and software version of your Heat Pump, then the hardware configuration was successful.
5. Get license key for your MAC address and copy it to the license_key variable.
6. After setting a valid license key you should see 11 more QuickApps created, and you can control all the settings of your QuickApp from Fibaro Homecenter dashboard or Yubi mobile App.
