This integration is free of charge, published in form of encrypted QuickApp device.
The QuickApp adds the following set of child devices to the system:
More information and configuration details can be found in the document available for download below.
Fqax file shall be imported to your Home Center / Yubii Home hub at administration panel (accessed via Web browser): menu Settings, section Devices, button Add, tab Other Device, command Upload File.
Note: At the time of QuickApp installation, the FIBARO HomeCenter or Yubii Home hub must be registered on the owner's YubiiID account and must be connected to the Internet (this is a general requirement for the installation of encrypted QuickApps).

I am sorry, I cannot study details of such cases here. I already gave you email for contact, you can find it below. Please use it, contact us, and give us a chance to request for details etc.

Our client also keeps getting security alerts per E-mail since the quick app has been added. What could be causing that?

We've found yet another issue. We've attempted to make a scene that's activated through the binary sensor for incoming call. However, it never activates and we've ran out of ideas how to make it work. We would really appreciate your assistance here.

In version 1.0.1 (2025.10.23), a problem with handling the list of users and RFID tags has been fixed. @Krzysztof Lewońko - thank you for reporting it. Problem was releted to non-standard settings of users automatically generated by the cloud.
I have found a reproducible issue with the Nice MyBell IP QuickApp and a Nice MyBell 2-Wire Kit. The QuickApp itself works for basic integration: the door call child device reacts correctly when the physical button is pressed. However, it seems that the QuickApp overwrites the motion detection configuration on the outdoor station. In the outdoor station web UI, under Surveillance -> Motion, I set Suspicious Object Movement Detection to Video Detection, configured the detection area, enabled HTTP action, and saved the settings. When the HC3 QuickApp is disabled, this setting stays saved. After I enable the QuickApp again, the outdoor station changes Motion Detection back to Disabled after a short time. So it looks like the QuickApp provisioning/update logic is forcing motion detection to Disabled. Could you please check whether the QuickApp intentionally writes this setting? Ideally, the QuickApp should preserve the existing motion detection setting on the door station, or provide an option to enable Video Detection instead of disabling it.
