In camera, change Autentization type for web (and maybe RTSP) from digest to digest/basic.
Copy JPG path and MJPG exactly from rows JPG path and MJPG path. Character "/" (1st char) is important here.

for me both values have: /ISAPI/Streaming/channels/101/picture

It is possible that something has changed in the 4 years that no one touched it. But I do not have any Hikvision camera on my own to check it. So, if streams will not work, try /ISAPI/Streaming/channels/101/picture
