Integracja ta jest publikowana w formie zaszyfrowanego urządzenia QuickApp. Załączone niżej pliki to wersja testowa, która działa przez 7 dni od instalacji.
Wersja pełna nie ma ograniczeń czasowych, jest dystrybuowana w postaci zablokowanej do używania na pojedynczej centralce Yubii / Home Center o numerze seryjnym podanym przez nabywcę przy zakupie licencji.

Koszt pełnej wersji: 499pln z VAT (dla jednej centralki FIBARO Home Center)

UWAGA: jeżeli rekuperator ma oprogramowanie starsze niż S001.40, należy skontaktować się z producentem i poprosić o wykonanie nieodpłatnej, zdalnej aktualizacji centrali.

Jak to działa

Rozwiązanie bazuje na protokole Modbus TCP i komunikuje się z integrowanym urządzeniem za pośrednictwem dodatkowej bramki (konwertera sprzętowego) Modbus RTU-TCP. Rekuperatory HeatPex obsługują protokół Modbus tylko w wersji RTU, poprzez port szeregowy RS485 (połączenie kablem 2-żyłowym).

Integracja była testowana i działa z następującymi bramkami:
 • PUSR: USR-DR302, USR-DR404 i USR-W610 (www.pusr.com), 
 • Waveshare: RS485 TO ETH (B), RS232/485/422 TO POE ETH (B), RS232/485 TO WIFI ETH (B) (www.waveshare.com/wiki)
 • Elfin: EE11A, EW11A (www.hi-flying.com)

Integracja rekuperacji HeatPex jest dostępna w wersji kompaktowej w postaci pojedynczego QuickApp-a, oraz w wersji deweloperskiej zaimplementowanej w postaci dwóch QuickApp-ów. Wersja testowa udostępniana jest jedynie w wersji kompaktowej.

Obsługiwane funkcje

• Dane temperatury wyrzutni i nawiewu
• Temperatura czerpni (temperatura zewnętrzna) 
• Temperatura wywiewu (temperatura wewnętrzna)
• Dane przepływu powietrza na wentylatorze wyrzutni i czerpni/nawiewu
• Sterowanie trybem pracy (bieg 1-3, tryb Auto, Impreza, Wakacje, Stop)
• Informacje o odzysku ciepła i stanie bypassa
• Kontrola nastaw temperatury komfortu
• Dane z podłączonych czujników wilgotności i CO2
• Sterowanie czasowym trybem wietrzenia w zakresie 1-60min
• Informacja o stanie i terminie wymiany filtrów, sygnalizacja konieczności wymiany
• Informacja o wystąpieniu błędu 

Wszystkie dostępne nastawy mogą być ustawiane ręcznie lub automatycznie w scenach blokowych.

QuickApp dodaje do system następujący zestaw mierników i urządzeń podrzędnych (child devices):

• Sensory temperatury nawiewu, wywiewu, czerpni i wyrzutni [°C]
• Sensor wilgotności względnej [%]  (jeżeli podłączony)
• Sensor dwutlenku węgla CO2 [ppm] (jeżeli podłączony)
• Termostaty nastawy temperatury komfortowej
• Sensor błędu rekuperatora
• Sensor alarmu filtrów

Utworzone urządzenia mogą być użyte w konfiguracji stref klimatu, w scenach blokowych i profilach.

Udostępniany QuickApp jest kompaktową wersją demonstracyjną (testową). Działa przez 7 dni od momentu zainstalowania na centralce.
Plik fqax należy wczytać do centrali Home Center / Yubii Home przez panel administratora (w przeglądarce WWW): menu Konfiguracja, sekcja Urządzenia, przycisk  Dodaj, zakładka Inne, polecenie Wgraj z pliku.
UWAGA: W momencie instalacji QuickApp-a centralka Yubii / HomeCenter musi być zarejestrowanych na koncie YubiiID właściciela i musi mieć łączność z internetem (to ogólny wymóg na instalację szyfrowanych QuickApp-ów).

ENGLISH VERSION

This integration is published in form of encrypted QuickApp device. File attached below is a trial (demo) version that runs for 7 days after installation.
The full version has no time limitation and is distributed as an encrypted QuickApp, released for single Yubii / FIBARO Home Center hub with serial number provided by the buyer.

Cost of full version is 100 Euro without VAT tax (for EU companies with valid EU VAT ID we can use 0% VAT tax for others 23% VAT tax will be applied, so total is 123 Euro to pay).
Cost is per one FIBARO Home Center controller.

Compatibility

NOTE: if the HeatPex unit has firmware earlier than S001.40, please contact the HeatPex support and ask for a free remote update of the unit.

How it works

The solution is based on Modbus TCP communication protocol and connects HeatPex devices via a Modbus RTU-TCP gateway (hardware converter). HeatPex devices support only Modbus RTU (via RS485 port, 2-wires connection) only.

Following Modbus RTU-TCP gateways were tested and works fine:
 • PUSR: USR-DR302, USR-DR404 i USR-W610 (www.pusr.com)
 • Waveshare: RS485 TO ETH (B), RS232/485/422 TO POE ETH (B), RS232/485 TO WIFI ETH (B) (www.waveshare.com/wiki)
 • Elfin: EE11A, EW11A (www.hi-flying.com)
Other gateways with same functions shall also work.

HeatPex HRV integration is available as developer (multi-device) version implemented in the form of two QuickApps, and in a compact version in the form of a single QuickApp. The trial (demo) version is only available as the compact version..

Supported functions

• Monitors temperature air flow at exhaust and supply fan
• Monitors outdoor air temperature
• Monitors return (dwelling) temperature 
• Control of operating mode (Speed 1-3, Auto mode, Party mode, Away mode, Standby)
• Information about heat recovery and bypass state
• Control of room temperature setpoint
• Values from humidity and CO2 sensors
• Airing mode with 1-60 minutes timer
• Information about filter replacement time and alerts
• Alarms and fault signal

All the available settings and changes can be done manually or via block scenes.

QuickApp adds the following set of meters and child devices to the system:

• Supply, exhaust, intake (outside), and return temperature sensors [°C]
• Relative humidity sensor [%] (if connected)
• CO2 Carbon dioxide sensor [ppm] (if connected)
• Comfort temperature setpoint thermostat
• Unit error sensor
• Filter alarm sensor

The QuickApp is a demo version that works for 7 days after installing.
Fqax file shall be imported to your Home Center / Yubii Home hub at administration panel (accessed via Web browser): menu Settings, section Devices, button Add, tab Other Device, command Upload File.
NOTE: At the time of QuickApp installation, the Yubii / HomeCenter hub must be registered on the owner's YubiiID account and must be connected to the Internet (this is a general requirement for the installation of encrypted QuickApps).
